RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Also, please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

On the rare chance that your package arrived damaged, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to rectify the issue. 

CANCELLATIONS

We will honor order cancellation if the request is made within 24 hours of placing your order.

REFUNDS

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 

SHIPPING

Please allow 1-3 business days processing time before shipment. Currently we only ship within UAE (United Arab Emirates).
